The Afterdeck at Louie's Backyard is a very special place. The bar itself is small (about a dozen seats) but the deck is expansive with seating for well over 50.
The Afterdeck is most often used as a waiting area for diners awaiting a table in the main restaurant, but you are welcome to stop in anytime, get a drink at the bar, and grab a seat at one of the tables on the deck where you can soak up the sun or enjoy a romantic late night cocktail in the moonlight, with the stars overhead and the Atlantic Ocean at your feet.
The Afterdeck is very popular with locals and if you're lucky enough to get a seat at the bar, you're sure to meet some interesting people and you can also enjoy a delicious bite to eat from the special Afterdeck menu, available at certain times of the day.
For the casual visitor, this is truly a hidden gem.
