Island Joe's coffee shop is closed, but well-known local writer, Joe D. Wells is still roasting his coffee, which can be found in Fausto's, Publix and stores all around the island, as well as Whole Foods and online through his website listed here.
The fresh Keys-roasted coffees come in a variety of styles and it's clear Joe takes his roasting seriously.
