The first restaurant devoted exclusively to tapas is also an island favorite. Open continuously from 11 AM, the menu remains the same into the evening. With so many wonderful choices to sample and share (or not) it's impossible to try everything you'd like in only one visit. Saganaki, beef tenderloin and lamb chops are all at the top of my list. Beverages include delightful white and red sangrias, along with many beer and wine selections.
