Home to Key West's famous Sunset Celebration, Mallory Square during the day is a wide open space bounded by a number of attractions and clear turquoise, blue, green water. Once the celebration gets underway, it transforms into a festival with daredevil performers, artists and a party atmosphere that has to be seen to be believed. It's all to honor and celebrate the spectacular (most nights) setting sun, which is always accompanied by a well-deserved standing ovation.
